The owner of 1215 S. Irolo has approached the Olympic Park Neighborhood Council to present plans for a multi-family residential building. The project would involved demolishing the existing structure for the construction of an 11 unit, 3 story over ground level parking apartment building using three on menu Transit Oriented Community Incentives while reserving one unit for extra low income, in the R3-1 zone.
