Smart & Final (store #364) has contacted OPNC in their pursuit of a Plan Approval (PA) to allow the continued sale of a full-line of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption in conjunction with an existing 11,970 square-foot grocery store located at 2949 W. Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90006. They report that the store has been in operation since 1999 and has held an exemplary record with the City and the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
A public hearing is expected in February-April of 2021.
