A project planned for the intersection of Pico and Crenshaw Boulevards requests Transit Oriented Communities incentives to increase density and transitional height requirements, while reducing open space requirements according to a report by Urbanize Los Angeles.
The project is planned for 4303-4313 W. Pico Blvd and is to include 75 units in seven stories with ground floor retail and underground parking.
