OPNC Reaches Community with International Flair of Cultures

OPNC is pleased that three hundred people enjoyed our International Flair Of Cultures on May 21, 2017 at Queen Anne Park . This was a great outreach event for our community to get the word out about OPNC. We had free catered food by Brownstones, Expressions Oaxaca, Little Ethiopia, Gus’s Chicken, Patricks Hot Dogs, Cotton Candy and Popcorn.

There was a special event for kids provided by USA Healthy Kids with all kinds of climbing and bounce houses. We provided information on emergency preparedness with CERT, Community Emergency Preparedness Training. The LAPD Cadets were on hand providing information about their program and for fun, we had a Photo Booth, and a DJ. Our wonderful free performance line up included the Pio Pico Middle School Music Department, Panamanian Dancers, Oaxaca Kids Dancers, Korean Drummers and Ethiopian Dancers.
