On Sunday, October 24, 2021 Herbalife held a triathlon that went through Olympic Park. OPNC Board Members noted that the race coordinators did an inadequate job of notifying the public how to navigate alternate traffic routes. The signage was minimal, consisting of only a few confusing detour signs. The provided links did not offer alternate routes. This resulted in drivers making dangerous maneuvers on their way to their destinations.

Several OPNC Board Members shared their frustration and provided feedback directly to race organizers.
