PESA receives referrals from the District Attorney’s office, probation department and local school of youth that need services. PESA provide mental health support, career training and educational support. Youth and their families need help with the purchase of food, household items, school supplies and clothing. They are either homeless or in jeopardy of being homeless.
This grant helps break the cycle of poverty and goes towards food and supplies for students.
OPNC Supported PESA with a $5,000 Neighborhood Purpose Grant at our December 2024 Meeting.
