DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Western is a year-long public realm enhancement project that is informed by the many users of Western Ave between Melrose and 3rd Street – including neighborhood residents and property owners\, small business owners\, employees\, and customers\, drivers\, transit riders\, pedestrians\, and cyclists\, school teachers\, students\, and staff\, and members of religious institutions and service organizations.
