DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to Los Angeles High School’s Friday Night Hoops. \nThe Los Angele High basketball team will host this community event on Friday\, December 2. The mighty Romans will face the Morningside HS Monarchs for a doubleheader at 4 PM (Girls) and 6 PM (Boys). \nOur Student Leadership members will sell food\, LA High Roman apparel\, Letterman’s jackets\, and 50/50 raffle tickets. Several clubs and student interest groups (e.g.\, Academic Decathalon\, Mathematics\, Engineering\, Science Achievement\, SALEF\, BSU\, etc.) will have recruitment materials and information for current and future students. \nWe will also celebrate the life of Coach John Watson\, a longtime football coach at LA High. There will be a presentation to the Watson family during halftime of the boys’ game.
