OPNC Cleans Up

OPNC joined in with neighbors at the community clean up organized by Council President Herb Wesson and the West Normandie Heights Neighborhood Association on November 4, 2017. We met up at Los Angeles Elementary School and picked up trash, cleared large items and brush and power washed the sidewalks.
